Musa was selected to promote the new Jayne Apartments in Denver, Colorado, collaborating with Lennar Group and Mark Shiner from Scene Social Marketing to bring the project to life. She played a key role in a lifestyle photoshoot, where she had full creative direction over the imagery, ensuring an authentic and engaging visual narrative.
As a result, Lennar Group featured eight lifestyle images from the shoot on their Instagram, showcasing the apartment interiors and top-tier amenities, including the pool room, gathering room, and fitness center. Beyond social media, Lennar integrated Musa’s images into their proposal deck, which played a part in the successful sale of Jayne Apartments to Green Leaf Capital Partners for $57 million in February 2024. Following the acquisition, the property was rebranded as Green Leaf Jayne, marking a new chapter in its development.
