Meow Wolf

Tamara Nasr

Musa was selected as a designer for Meow Wolf’s Absolute Rubbish: A Trashion Show, where she showcased her brand, Trasherella. Embracing the event’s theme of sustainability and innovation, she made the bold decision to model her own creation, unveiling a custom-made vape dress at Meow Wolf Convergence Station in Denver, Colorado.

The show, organized by Meow Wolf Wardrobe Coordinator Kate Major, featured 20 designers, each presenting a unique piece crafted from trash, secondhand materials, and found objects. Hosted by Bender Flames and DJed by Bo “DJ Blaque Girl” Richardson, the event celebrated creativity in sustainable fashion. Musa’s one-of-a-kind design was captured by photographers Darren MJ Miller-Pfeufer, Darren Miller, John McSweeney, and Monica Lloyd, further immortalizing her innovative approach to upcycled couture.
